The Commonwealth government announced an additional $300 funding for households and $325 funding for small business energy bill relief.
This additional funding support, follows the recent announcement on 9 May by the WA State Government’s $400 one-off household and small business electricity credit.

The WA State Government announced a one-off credit of $400 to reduce electricity bills for eligible residential and small business customers.
We'll automatically apply the credit to eligible electricity accounts through two payments of $200 in late July and December 2024.
This is part of the 2024-25 State and Federal Budget commitments to ease cost-of-living pressures.
If your household or small business electricity account is with Horizon Power, you do not need to do anything.
